The Palace Airborne was, in 339 F.I., the flying, mobile citadel and royal residence of the Mycrete VI, King of Arkhosia. Designed by Ûbolya, Craftmistress of House Topaz, the Palace was nominally a gift to the ruling monarch but, in truth, it was used as a base of operations for Metarkh Ptolomos, leader of the Truarkh Movement and Protector of the Realm.
From floor to ceiling, the Palace was designed to resemble the five royal Palaces, spread across the Five Capitals, including a throne room large enough to accommodate a golden dragon. Many special touches, however, bespeak its dwarven craftsmen, least of all a series of secret chutes and tunnels, to allow for easy escapes.
Constructed in the same style as the House Topaz Stead in Cantilever, the Palace Airborne met a similar fate, at the hands of The Nameless Company in 339 F.I., when it crashed into the city of Iar Adri, while on the campaign trail.
